Future Fortunes Foundation Scholarship Program
Future Fortunes Foundation (the "Foundation") is committed to providing scholarship assistance to ease the financial burden on college students in the barrel racing community and their families. If you meet the criteria listed below, please complete the application and submit it here.

CRITERIA FOR SCHOLARSHIP AWARD:
1. Applicant has been a member in good standing of a national barrel racing organization having at least 500 members for the previous twelve months.
2. Applicant demonstrates academic merit demonstrated by an unweighted cumulative high school or college grade point average of at least 2.50.
3. Applicant demonstrates financial need.
LIMITATIONS ON SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
1. Applicable to full time enrollment at an academically accredited, nonprofit, public or private educational institution in the United States.
2. Scholarship funds may be used for tuition, fees, and books.

TRANSCRIPT: An official high school transcript should include SAT/ACT scores, GPA and your anticipated rank at graduation. An official collegiate transcript should reflect all post-secondary studies.

FINANCIAL INFORAMTION: Form 1040, Page 1 on1y, for the household that claimed you on the most recently filed federal tax form.

LETTER OF REFERENCE: One letter of reference. For high school students, the reference should be submitted by a senior year teacher.

ESSAY: An essay not to exceed 500 words, describing your qualifications for a scholarship award and your educational and career goals.
