- Must be entered in B.F.A.World Championship 4 or 5 year old Futurity
- Rider must be riding an eligible Future Fortunes, Inc. horse
- Rider must hold a current AQHA/APHA Amateur card. AQHA Amateur rules will be followed.
- Based on a 2 run average from the long go's
- Application must be received no later than November 1st.
