Application Agreement
1. Applications will be accepted anytime. However, the recommended time to enroll is by September 1st before the actual year of enrollment so progeny can enroll at reduced fees.
2. Stallion must be living at time of enrollment.
3. Enrollment applications will be accepted from the current stallion owner only.
4. The total annual enrollment fee will be $2800.
  1. The nonrefundable nomination fee of $500 is due with this application if enrolling before September 1st prior to year of enrollment.
  2. If the stallion is accepted into the program, the balance of $2300 and a signed FF stallion contract will be due no later than September 1st prior to the year of enrollment.
  3. If enrolling after September 1st or in actual year of enrollment, then the full application fee of $2800 is due immediately with signed contract.
  4. Stallion owner can opt to pay the full application fee of $2,800 at anytime, rather than breaking up into two payments.
5. A copy of the stallion’s breed registrations papers showing current ownership must be included with this application.
6. All nomination fees are non-refundable and must be submitted with the enrollment application. If the stallion is not accepted into the FF program for any reason, the stallion nomination fee will be refunded.
7. Stallion progeny cannot be enrolled into the FF program until stallion is 100% paid in full into the Future Fortunes Stallion Program.
8. Future Fortunes, Inc. reserves the right to refuse enrollment to any stallion.
9. If a stallion owner drops the stallion from the program, the stallion may not be eligible for reenrollment under that owner.

If sending a check or money order please include a print out of the New Stallion Enrollment Application, a copy of his papers and the breeding report with your check.
