WAIT!! BEFORE SUBMITTING READ THE RULES...
- Five (5) different riders per team with one (1) being 50+ years old.
- Same Horse/Rider combo can only participate on ONE team. (Rider can compete on as many teams as he/she has eligible horses entered.)
- Fastest combined times from each team determines winners.
- A hit barrel results in a no-time.
- Future Fortunes' horses ONLY to be run in conjunction with the FF's Bonus Money Side Pot.
- A Bonus Money Entry Form MUST be submitted for each team member's horse by NOON (CST) the day of the event.
- All Teams must be entered by NOON the day BEFORE the event . If you need to make a rider/horse change, please submit a Future Fortunes' Fast 5 Rider/Horse Change Form by NOON the day BEFORE the event.
- Must submit a Fast Five Entry Form, including a TEAM FLYER, with complete information, including horse's registered name.
- If only one or two teams have qualified runs, we will only pay those Teams.
- Submit a Team Photo to office@futurefortunesinc.com and get 100 or more LIKES/LOVES on FB by NOON CST the day before the event to be in the random draw which will be held the day of the event. $500 to winning team!

DISQUALIFICATIONS
- If a BONUS MONEY ENTRY FORM is not received by Future Fortunes' for each team member's horse before their event starts, the team will be disqualified.
- If a FAST FIVE ENTRY FORM INCLUDING the TEAM FLYER and complete information, including horse's registered name, is not received by Future Fortunes' for each team member's horse by NOON the day before the event, the team will be disqualified.
- If any horse is not a Future Fortune's horse, the team will be disqualified.
PAYOUTS (pays the rider)
- 1st place team pays $5,000 ($1,000 per team member)
- 2nd place team pays $3,000 ($600 per team member)
- 3rd place team pays $1,500 ($300 per team member)
- NO ADDITIONAL ENTRY FEE
